Requirements for candidates include but are not limited to:

1. Pediatric experience is a must.

2. Maintain current CPR certification.

3. Hold current Illinois license.

4. Adhere to the code of ethics established by professional organizational bodies.

5. Superb interpersonal relationship and communication skills.

6. Fulfill all competency requirements.

7. Participation in professional development, mentoring, and research activities
